Vow and complete to Jehovah your God, All ye surrounding him. They bring presents to the Fearful One. |
| 76:12 | He shall cut off the spirit of princes: he is terrible to the kings of the earth. | He doth gather the spirit of leaders, Fearful to the kings of earth! |
