| 125:1 | They that trust in the LORD shall be as mount Zion, which cannot be removed, but abideth for ever. | A Song of the Ascents. Those trusting in Jehovah `are' as Mount Zion, It is not moved -- to the age it abideth. |
| 125:2 | As the mountains are round about |
Jerusalem! mountains `are' round about her, And Jehovah `is' round about His people, From henceforth even unto the age. |

For the rod of wickedness resteth not On the lot of the righteous, That the righteous put not forth on iniquity their hands. |
| 125:4 | Do good, O LORD, unto those that be good, and to them that are upright in their hearts. | Do good, O Jehovah, to the good, And to the upright in their hearts. |
| 125:5 | As for such as turn aside unto their crooked ways, the LORD shall lead them forth with the workers of iniquity: but peace shall be upon Israel. | As to those turning `to' their crooked ways, Jehovah causeth them to go with workers of iniquity. Peace on Israel! |
