| 47:1 | O clap your hands, all ye people; shout unto God with the voice of triumph. | To the Overseer. -- By sons of Korah. A Psalm. All ye peoples, clap the hand, Shout to God with a voice of singing, |
| 47:2 | For the LORD most high is terrible; he is a great King over all the earth. | For Jehovah Most High `is' fearful, A great king over all the earth. |
| 47:3 | He shall subdue the people under us, and the nations under our feet. | He leadeth peoples under us, and nations under our feet. |
| 47:4 | He shall choose our inheritance for us, the excellency of Jacob whom he loved. Selah. | He doth choose for us our inheritance, The excellency of Jacob that He loves. Selah. |
| 47:5 | God is gone up with a shout, the LORD with the sound of a trumpet. | God hath gone up with a shout, Jehovah with the sound of a trumpet. |
