| 53:1 | The fool hath said in his heart, There is no God. Corrupt are they, and have done abominable iniquity: there is none that doeth good. | [To the chiefe musician vpon Mahalath, Maschil, A Psalme of Dauid.] The foole hath sayde in his heart, There is no god; Corrupt are they, and haue done abhominable iniquitie; there is none that doth good. |
| 53:2 | God looked down from heaven upon the children of men, to see if there were any that did understand, that did seek God. | God looked downe from heauen vpon the children of men, to see if there were any that did vnderstand, that did seeke God. |
