| 21:1 | The king shall joy in thy strength, O LORD; and in thy salvation how greatly shall he rejoice! | [To the chiefe Musician. A Psalme of Dauid.] The King shall ioy in thy strength, O Lord: and in thy saluation how greatly shall he reioyce? |
| 21:2 | Thou hast given him his heart's desire, and hast not withholden the request of his lips. Selah. | Thou hast giuen him his hearts desire; and hast not withholden the request of his lips. Selah. |
| 21:3 | For thou preventest him with the blessings of goodness: thou settest a crown of pure gold on his head. | For thou preuentest him with the blessings of goodnesse: thou settest a Crowne of pure gold on his head. |
| 21:4 | He asked life of thee, and thou gavest it him, even length of days for ever and ever. | He asked life of thee, and thou gauest it him, euen length of dayes for euer and euer. |

For thou hast made him most blessed for euer: thou hast made him exceeding glad with thy countenance. |
| 21:7 | For the king trusteth in the LORD, and through the mercy of the most High he shall not be moved. | For the King trusteth in the Lord, and through the mercy of the most High, he shall not be moued. |
| 21:8 | Thine hand shall find out all thine enemies: thy right hand shall find out those that hate thee. | Thine hand shall finde out all thine enemies, thy right hand shal finde out those that hate thee. |

Therefore shalt thou make them turne their back, when thou shalt make ready thine arrowes vpon thy strings, against the face of them. |
| 21:13 | Be thou exalted, LORD, in thine own strength: so will we sing and praise thy power. | Be thou exalted, Lord, in thine owne strength: so will wee sing, aud praise thy power. |
